I'm breastfeeding or postpartum. Is this for me?
Andrea did her own cut while exclusively breastfeeding, and your macros are calculated for YOUR situation, including breastfeeding, postpartum, and other life stages. That's the whole point of custom numbers instead of a generic plan.
What if I can't start on August 3rd?
You can buy now and start later, any time this year. That said, most women get the best results with the group: the calls, the check-ins, and the community hit different when you're all in it together.
How much time does this take every day?
A few minutes of tracking a day once you get the hang of it. This is built for real life with kids and a schedule, not for people with a private chef. You'll need a digital food scale, and that's about it for equipment.
What happens when the 12 weeks end?
